Lodge a Complaint or Appeal:
If you have a complaint or appeal, you can submit it in writing via email to Feedback@growemployment.com.au Please provide all relevant details, including your name, contact information, nature of the complaint or appeal, and any supporting documentation.
Acknowledgment of Receipt:
Upon receiving your complaint or appeal, we will send you an acknowledgment within 24 hours, confirming that we have received your submission and are beginning the process of investigation and resolution.
Initial Review:
Your complaint or appeal will be assigned to a designated staff member for an initial review. This review will involve an assessment of the issue, collecting relevant information, and determining the appropriate course of action.
Investigation:
If necessary, a thorough investigation will be conducted, which may involve gathering additional information, interviewing relevant parties, and examining any documentation or evidence related to the issue.
Resolution Proposal:
Based on the findings of the investigation, we will propose a resolution to address the complaint or appeal. This proposal will be communicated to you in writing, outlining the steps we intend to take to resolve the matter.
Feedback and Agreement:
You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed resolution. If you agree with the proposed solution, we will move forward with its implementation
Escalation (If Needed):
If you are not satisfied with the proposed resolution, you have the right to escalate the matter. You can request a review by a higher authority within GROW Employment, who will assess the case independently. Final Decision:
After considering any escalated concerns, a final decision will be made. This decision will be communicated to you in writing and will include the rationale behind the resolution.
Implementation of Resolution:
If the resolution involves specific actions or changes, we will ensure their implementation as promptly as possible. We will also monitor the situation to confirm that the resolution has been effective.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Your feedback is invaluable to us. We will gather insights from the complaints and appeals process to identify areas for improvement in our services and processes, ensuring that we provide a better experience for everyone involved.
